Welcome to Johns Hopkins University! To ensure a smooth transition to campus life, all incoming students & learners attending in-person classes are required to meet specific health requirements. It is essential to complete and submit these requirements to the myHealth portal before your arrival on campus to avoid any disruptions to your academic journey.
Consequences of Non-Compliance – What You Need to Know
Failure to meet these requirements means:
- You will be unable to add or drop classes.
- Your orientation activities may be interrupted.
- A $100 administrative fine will be charged to have the health form completed at Student Health and Well-Being Primary Care.
Attention School of Nursing Students:
Students enrolled in the School of Nursing should adhere to their school-specific health policies. For detailed requirements and submission guidelines, please visit your school’s health requirements page.
