Rayven Nairn (she/her/hers) is an empathetic nutrition and dietetic professional with an outstanding record of patient service and satisfaction. Rayven completed her undergraduate studies at East Tennessee State University and received her master’s degree with combined dietetic internship from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Rayven is passionate about teaching healthy lifestyles and behavior and is constantly searching for ways to improve the lives of her patients. She has extensive experience delivering specialized nutrition counseling and therapy to critically ill patients, as well as leading group sessions focused on nutrition education and menu planning for individuals with eating disorders. Additionally, she has a strong background in sports and performance nutrition. Rayven has also worked with patients dealing with rheumatic diseases, oncology, metabolic conditions, and weight management.
Her favorite foods include steak nachos, pepperoni pizza, and cookies ‘n’ cream ice cream. However, she indulges in moderation. In her downtime, Rayven, who hails from The Bahamas, enjoys hiking, reading and boating.
