Mel (she/her/hers) joined the East Baltimore primary care clinic in Fall 1990 as a Benefits Assistant. In 2008, she assumed the role of Senior Patient Service Coordinator with the East Baltimore Clinic. She is often the first person you encounter when being registered or scheduled for medical services.
