Clinical Nurse Supervisor

K. Johnson (she/her/hers) is the new Clinical Nurse Supervisor at the Homewood clinic. I received my ADN degree at the Community College of Baltimore County – Essex Campus with a dual enrollment at Notre Dame of Maryland University where I received my BSN degree. Because learning in nursing is continuous, I will be starting my MSN degree with a concentration in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program in the fall 2023 to improve the care I provide to patients, families, and communities. I am also a Clinical Nurse Educator at Notre Dame of Maryland University. I have worked in a few specialties such as: Progressive care/ Stepdown, Telemetry, Neuro, and Respiratory care units as a bedside nurse. I love caring for and educating people with evidence-based practices. Aside from spending time with my family, I love to travel, shop, bird watch, and listen to instrumental music. My goal as a nurse and health care provider is to educate and advocate for everyone I encounter.
