Medical Assistant

My name is Ana Amaya (she/her/hers). I was born in El Salvador and came to the US in 1993. I currently live in Silver Spring, Maryland with my husband, kids, and our dog Princess. I graduated with my RMA from Sanz School in 2006. Prior to accepting the MA position with JHU’s Student Health & Well-Being DC clinic, I worked at Unity Health Care Community Clinics and School-Based Health for 12 years. I had the pleasure to work in family medicine and with high school students. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and parents.
