Dr. Ceymone Dyce joined Johns Hopkins University in July 2024 as the Deputy Chief Mental Health Director and Director of Clinical Services for the Division of Student Well-Being. Dr. Dyce’s clinical background includes work in pediatrics, federally qualified clinics, non-profit and community behavioral health centers. In practice, Dr. Dyce provides counseling to clients of all ages; particularly those experiencing challenges with life transitions and grief. Her service emphasizes the use of interdisciplinary, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative approaches for optimal mental health.

At JHU, Dr. Dyce holds responsibility for the oversight of the clinical service delivery model for all locations of Mental Health Services. She oversees the clinical mental health operations of the East Baltimore, Homewood, and Washington, DC clinics. She also provides strategic direction and oversight of the testing and assessment program, services oriented toward supporting student success, and group therapy programs across the University.
