Scheduling an Appointment

All visits to Mental Health Services are by appointment only. We offer both in-person and telehealth options for therapy and psychiatric care.

An initial consultation (IC) appointment is the first step to determining which resources will be most helpful to you. All IC appointments are 20-25 minutes in length and take place via Zoom. Same-day or next-day appointments can be made by calling the clinic that serves your program.

Please be on time for your scheduled appointment and allow sufficient time to complete any forms or questionnaires sent to you before your session. Initial consultation forms must be completed prior to your meeting with a clinician, and your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled if these are not received prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible so we can provide this appointment time to another client.

Do you have an urgent concern and can’t wait for an appointment? The Behavioral Health Crisis Support Team (BHCST) can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 410-516-WELL (9355).
