She/Her/Hers
Frances has served as a mental health clinician and leader of clinical teams at Johns Hopkins University since 2010. In her current role as Associate Director of Consultation Services, Frances helps students in online programs navigate resources, assists students taking Medical Leaves of Absence find the support they need to successfully resume their studies, provides consultation to campus partners regarding students’ and learners’ mental health and well-being, and supports communication and collaboration between Student Health and Well-Being and other JHU student services. She leads and participates in a range of projects, teams, and committees that support Mental Health Services staff and operations.
Two things Frances especially enjoys about her work:
- Learning more every day about JHU’s many supportive people and programs and sharing those resources with others.
- Helping students, learners, and staff find pathways to solving problems and feeling better.
