In her role as an MHS Clinician, Patricia provides individual counseling, Chat with a Counselor for DC International Graduate students, psychoeducational workshops, and outreach on the DC Bloomberg Center campus.  She enjoys working with students of all backgrounds, and has extensive experience working with international, immigrant, and underserved populations. Patricia takes an integrative approach to counseling. drawing upon cognitive behavioral, solutions-focused and mindfulness-based theories.

Two things Patricia especially enjoys about her work:

• Helping students recognize and tap into their own strengths and resources.
• Collaborating with a diverse group of students of US and international students.
