She/Her/Hers

Judith Geller, LCSW-C, has been in practice for more than 25 years, providing therapy for clients with issues ranging from depression, anxiety, and imposter syndrome to acute trauma, PTSD, relationship problems, and intimacy issues.

Judith believes therapy can help people work with their own inner strengths and connect with their own deepest wisdom and capacity to heal. Through a supportive therapeutic relationship and various modalities, therapy can help people reduce suffering, be present in body and mind, and live their fullest life.

Judith specializes in body-based techniques and in healing trauma and looks forward to leading an upcoming mindfulness-based therapy group.

Two things Judith especially enjoys about her work:

  • Teaching students grounding techniques they can use immediately.
  • Connecting with learners of various backgrounds and ages.
