Amanda Sun, MD is a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Duke University and received her medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She then completed her general psychiatry residency training at Yale University before returning to Baltimore for her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Sun joined Student Health and Well-Being and Johns Hopkins faculty as a part-time assistant professor at the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in 2020. She enjoys working with young adults and supporting them in their mental health as they pursue their academic and professional goals.
