Aminah Wells, LCSW-C, has over 25 years of clinical experience in schools, hospitals, and outpatient mental health settings. In her current role, she manages the day-to-day operations of the East Baltimore MHS clinic and supervises its clinical staff.

Aminah believes in a holistic approach to therapy that is culturally responsive, strengths-based, and trauma informed. She has a passion for working with clinical issues related to chronic illness and grief and loss and improving processes that strengthen program operations, collaboration, and continuity of care.

Two things Aminah especially enjoys about her work:

• Conducting outreach and psychoeducational workshops.
• Supporting students in building resilience, improving well-being, and navigating life transitions.
