Elizabeth Kastelic, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist. In addition to her role as Associate Director of Psychiatry at MHS, she is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Kastelic truly enjoys working with the university student/learner population.
