Students often have busy schedules and need services on evenings or weekends. All students, regardless of whether they are taking in-person or remote only classes are also eligible for telehealth therapy and psychiatric services through TimelyCare. This convenient service provides 12 free scheduled counseling visits per year, psychiatric services (no controlled substances) as well as on-demand support through TalkNow.

Chat with a Counselor SOE Hours

Chat with a Counselor sessions are available for School of Education students on a weekly basis; you can make an appointment through the MyHealth Portal. During these visits, students can ask questions about mental health, learn strategies to manage stress/academics/life, and also learn about mental health resources and services at JHU.
