Kelli Chen is an occupational therapist (OT) in the Assessment, Occupational Therapy, & Neurodiversity (AON) Division of MHS. In this role, she works with students and learners to increase their personal effectiveness and maximize independence through individualized, solution-oriented support to overcome barriers to achieving their unique goals. She collaborates with individuals to engage in enhanced use of time and energy, functional coping, and expanded life skills development.

Kelli endeavors to use her experience, energy, and unique lens to activate students and learners to get done what they aspire to get done. She brings expertise in executive functioning strategy and skill development, habit and routine management, and designing and living a balanced life.
