Well-Being Coaching
Well-being coaching is a personalized and collaborative process that focuses on helping individuals achieve their full potential and lead a fulfilling life. Well-Being coaches work with clients to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies to enhance their overall well-being.
What is well-being Coaching?
Through a supportive and non-judgmental process, well-being coaching empowers individuals to make positive changes in their lives. Well-Being coaching can focus on any aspect of well-being. Coaches provide private space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, values, aspirations, and work towards improving their holistic well-being. All coaching sessions are provided at no additional cost.
Some examples of topics that you would bring to address in well-being coaching are:
- Sleep
- Prioritizing well-being in your routine
- Managing stress
- Feeling “stuck”
- Time management & organization skills
- Social and interpersonal skill development

Structure | Self-Directed. The learner determines the goals and path the coaching will take. | Coach-Directed. The coach is not serving as the expert or the guide. |
Time Orientation | Focused on the present, is action-oriented, and making plans and goals for the future. | Focused on the past. Coaching does not directly address trauma. |
Coaching Relationship | Person-Centered. The coaching space allows the learner to be the expert of their own life; their whole creative self and their full identity. | A scripted experience that tries to fix, diagnose, or mold individuals into a category. |
