Video games offer a safe way to explore different worlds and meet up with friends – while providing many social, emotional, cognitive, and physical benefits to boot.
The Stress and Depression Questionnaire is a confidential, convenient, and safe way for Hopkins students and trainees to find out how stress and depression may be affecting them, and to learn about available mental health resources.
In response to the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the university has partnered with TimelyMD to make mental telehealth counseling free and available to all Johns Hopkins students and trainees.
