Since August 2020, TimelyCare has provided high-quality, convenient, and free telehealth services for mental health care to Johns Hopkins students and learners.

Today, we’re pleased to announce an additional service available through TimelyCare: medical telehealth. To access TimelyCare medical services, visit timelycare.com/jhu and use your Hopkins email address to log in. School Of Medicine students should use their @jhmi.edu email to access this resource; all other learners should use their @jhu.edu or @jh.edu emails.

The addition of TimelyCare medical services provides two more key services to our community:

  • MedicalNow. This unlimited, 24/7, on-demand service provides support for common health issues in all states.
  • Scheduled Medical Care. Users can schedule virtual appointments and seek treatment for over 120 common issues, including allergies, a cold, the flu, and dermatology.

These services build upon the university’s current Primary Care offerings.
