Since August 2020, TimelyCare has provided high-quality, convenient, and free telehealth services for mental health care to Johns Hopkins students and learners.
Today, we’re pleased to announce an additional service available through TimelyCare: medical telehealth. To access TimelyCare medical services, visit timelycare.com/jhu and use your Hopkins email address to log in. School Of Medicine students should use their @jhmi.edu email to access this resource; all other learners should use their @jhu.edu or @jh.edu emails.
The addition of TimelyCare medical services provides two more key services to our community:

Q: Who can use TimelyCare medical services?
A: Any degree-seeking student or trainee enrolled in a Johns Hopkins University program can use the service, including undergraduate, graduate, and professional students, post-doctoral fellows, and house staff.

A: In addition to the existing mental health services through TimelyCare, there are two new services available:
Q: How does it work?
A: Visit timelycare.com/jhu and use your Hopkins email to log in. Your password is the same one you use for single sign-on. TalkNow and counseling sessions do not require any kind of referrals, but psychiatric services require a referral from a Hopkins clinician from Mental Health Services or Primary Care.

Q: How much does it cost to use TimelyCare medical services?
A: All TimelyCare services are free for eligible students and learners.
Q: I’m under the age of 18. Can I access care?
A: Yes. If you are under the age of 18, please call the customer support team with your parent and/or guardian present at 833-4-TIMELY.
