In the weeks prior to the start of the Spring 2024 semester, Mental Health and Primary Care Services will begin to implement a new electronic health record (EHR) system called Point and Click, a leading vendor specializing in campus health. Benefits to students and trainees, which will go live in Fall 2024, will include:
Preparations to implement the new EHR system have been underway for several months. The go-live process has been planned to minimize service disruption to students and trainees. However, the staff training and system go-live periods will require some temporary service adjustments and schedule modification for Primary Care Services in November and December and Mental Health Services during December and January. During these periods, learners will continue to have access to after-hours care as they always do.

Appointments can still be made by calling the appropriate clinic (use this form to find the site where you are currently eligible for care). Primary Care Services schedules will be modified as follows.
From November 27 through December 7 the following sites will be closed from 8:30 am – 10:00 am and 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

During the implementation period, students and learners will still be able to schedule the full range of appointments (e.g., initial consultations, individual therapy, medication management) but may experience moderately increased wait times to accommodate staff training and implementation of the new system.
