This course teaches you ways to protect your physical health and maintain your mental well-being with practical guidance about the COVID-19 virus and returning to campus. Bystander intervention is also discussed as it relates to campus safety and taking action when you notice someone isn’t following protocols or being safe.
All undergraduate students at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and Whiting School of Engineering are required to take this training, as are both undergraduate and graduate students at the Peabody Institute. In-person Carey Business School students are also required to take this training.
You will receive an e-mail with a link to the training. The e-mail will have Johns Hopkins University as its sender, and will come from the address [email protected]. Please check your spam folder if you believe you have not received the e-mail with the link to the training.

Q: Are online students required to take this training?
A: Yes. This training is important for all students who have been assigned this course. (All undergraduate students at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and Whiting School of Engineering are required to take this training, as are undergraduate and graduate students at the Peabody Institute.) We want students to have the information to understand COVID-19 and the health implications that it has on the community. Additionally, it is important for all students to know about the resources available to them.
The only exception to this online student requirement are Carey Business School students, who are only required to take this training if they are taking on-campus courses.
