Strategic Initiative Program Manager

Cortney Sillery joined the SHWB team in July 2023 as Strategic Initiatives Program Manager, with responsibility to work across SHWB programs to support and coordinate high-priority, short and long-term projects from concept to implementation and work collaboratively across the division and University to support strategic planning issues and initiatives.

Cortney joins JHU from Aston Carter, where she led their project management office responsible for business analysis, process improvement, and development of business solutions. Cortney has extensive experience assessing existing systems and processes, partnering across programs and with stakeholders, and leading teams to implement new initiatives and systems.
