Join the First-Generation, Limited-Income (FLI) Network for Johns Hopkins' annual FLI Day event to celebrate the Blue Jay community of FLI students, FLI graduates, FLI staff, FLI faculty, and FLI friends—through art, activities, giveaways, and refreshments.

Kateryna Byelova, MA '25, CEO and principal consultant of Sage XP, a consultancy specializing in internal communications and corporate culture, will discuss how internal communications can be used to shape employee behavior and improve business performance. She also will highlight LinkedIn as a strategic tool for professional influence and how application of communication principles, with clarity, consistency, and purpose, grew her audience from zero to 10,000+.
