All incoming in-person students to Johns Hopkins University must meet certain health requirements before attending.<\/span> Failure to <\/span>comply with<\/span> these health requirements prior to your arrival on campus will block you from adding or dropping classes and could interrupt your orientation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n A $100 administrative fee will be charged to have the health form completed at Student Health & Well-Being Primary Care. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n International students who are unable to receive the TDAP vaccine<\/strong> in their home countries before coming on campus will have the administrative fine waived if that is their only missing requirement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Download your health form: Non-clinical Health Form for students<\/a> (PDF)<\/p>\n\n\n\n All students will have an opportunity to obtain the vaccine at flu clinics on campus this fall.
