Please submit in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<h2>COVID-19 Information<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>How can I get a free at-home COVID-19 test kit?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We have free COVID-19 tests available at our 3 primary care clinic locations, in addition you can get free tests through the following resources:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/coronavirus.baltimorecity.gov\/where-get-tested-covid-19-baltimore-city\/home-rapid-covid-testing\">Baltimore City Health Department Guide <\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Should you be tested?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you are feeling unwell and have some symptoms consistent with COVID-19, please obtain a home antigen test.<\/p>\n<p>COVID-19 symptoms include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fever<\/li>\n<li>Cough<\/li>\n<li>Sore throat<\/li>\n<li>Runny nose or congestion<\/li>\n<li>Muscle aches<\/li>\n<li>Fatigue<\/li>\n<li>Diarrhea or vomiting<\/li>\n<li>Headache<\/li>\n<li>Unexplained loss of sense of taste or smell<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>If you have recently tested positive for COVID-19, please read instructions below:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>If you need medical care, SHWB Primary Care can provide nurse triage and telemedicine visits to students who are sick.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Clinical students<\/strong> and those who work or study within the health care system:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>If you test positive for COVID-19, you can return to classes\/clinical activities 5 days after the COVID-19 + test (if symptomatically improving and afebrile), and then wear a mask for another <b>5<\/b>\u00a0days.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>COVID-19 Testing and Isolation Guide: Non-Clinical Students Only<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>How to self-isolate if you are COVID-19 positive:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>You should stay home and separate from others in your living accommodation as much as possible.
