Medical Assistant

My name is Tanisha (she/her). I am currently a Medical Assistant with 10 years of experience. I joined Johns Hopkins University Health Services in December 2021. I graduated from Fortis Institute Towson (formerly known as Medix) in 2013 and obtained my Certification in Medical Assisting. I enjoy working as a Medical Assistant daily getting as much hands on experience as needed in order to enhance my knowledge. Furthermore, in the past I have worked with Urgent Care Centers, Cardiac Surgery, OBGYN, Pediatrics, Vascular Surgery, and Neurology, as well as Family Medicine and Primary Care. During my time out of work I have an eyelash business that I enjoy keeping up with. Last but not least, I enjoy being a mother to my two beautiful children Ky’Lee and Kassidy.
